hellooo this is a page for me to talk about/show songs that i like and would like to share! most of these aren't too known, so i made sure to add them!
ok so. to start with, i found out about this song from invincible s2 ep4 (one of my favorite episodes btw), and the lyrics were composed by leonard cohen, but this cover is from nick cake & the bad seeds made for the tv show black sails, its a really unpopular cover of the song but i absolutely adore it, the singing is really good too! also i really like the lyrics, its such a sad but beautiful song and it should absolutely be more popular, but i dont think much people would enjoy it either lmao
i also love the instruments, the piano and violin really go together and especially in this song

alr lemme tell you how AMAZING this song is. i first listened to it when i watched spiderman brand new day and that movie was simply amazing but lets focus on the song only, when that song came up and i heard the first time i was like "KEVIN?? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE" and i was absolutely freaking out so bad that i forgot to be quiet in the movies and my cousin had to tell me to shut up. thats how good the song is. i was expecting it to be way more popular with the release of the movie, but surprisingly enough it wasnt and thats a shame because i really wanted other people to get to know this song so thats why im writing about it here! uhh reviewing the song, i love the lyrics sm and while some might say its boring or basic, i think the opposite and its a really good song (if ur a tame impala fan, you'll definitely like this one!) i also like the single cover of this song, it was released in deadbeat but it also has a single and the cover matches the song's vibe very well (and with spiderman brand new day lol) some might say its a catchy song and i confirm that yes, it is so maybe its not everyone's cup of tea, but still a very good song
